At Beyond Wellness, we are committed to compassionate community support, ensuring individuals in Northeast Florida have access to the resources they need to thrive. As a 501(c)(3) organization based in Duval County, Jacksonville, we specialize in connecting individuals to trusted care through strong partnerships with local health providers. Established in 2023, our leadership brings over 20 years of experience in community engagement, particularly in HIV/AIDS outreach and advocacy. In partnership with Reza Health and AIDS Healthcare Foundation, we conduct HIV screening and facilitate rapid linkage to care and prevention services. Our flexible, transparent approach ensures we can quickly respond to emerging needs and maximize impact.
