Justin Bell is the CEO of Beyond Wellness, bringing over a decade of leadership in HIV advocacy, education, and community care. Diagnosed with AIDS in 2007 after contracting HIV through a medical procedure, he turned his experience into a mission to fight stigma and expand access to support. As founder of Friends of The Quilt and a longtime community organizer, Justin leads with compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to those living with or at risk for HIV.

Dr. Mohammed Reza is the Medical Director of Beyond Wellness and a nationally recognized HIV and infectious disease specialist. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease, he combines clinical expertise with deep community engagement to provide care, education, and prevention services to those most impacted by HIV. Trained at institutions including the Mayo Clinic and Columbia University, Dr. Reza is a trusted leader in both patient care and public health advocacy.

Brandi Williamson is the Community Outreach Consultant at Beyond Wellness, bringing over a decade of leadership in HIV prevention, surveillance, and public health engagement. With extensive experience at the local, regional, and state levels, she has led programs across Florida focused on PrEP access, HIV testing, and community education. Brandi is a trusted expert in stakeholder engagement, public health training, and compliance—deeply committed to building stronger, healthier communities through equity-driven outreach.

Dr. Kristin Pfeifauf is the Director of Organizational Development at Beyond Wellness, bringing medical, legal, and public health expertise to her leadership. A physician and attorney, she has published widely on healthcare access and policy, and gained experience leading clinic expansion and strategic initiatives at Reza Health. She is currently completing a Community Health & Family Medicine Residency at University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Kristin is passionate about building people-centered systems of care, especially for underserved communities impacted by HIV.

Timm Purcell is a Peer Navigation Leader at Beyond Wellness, bringing over two decades of experience in operations, client services, and organizational support. A dedicated HIV/AIDS advocate, he serves on the World AIDS Day Committee and the Friends of the Quilt Board. Timm is committed to advancing health equity through compassionate, community-focused care.
